Goal-Setting Tip #2

This week's tip is to make your goals measureable. Can you easily measure that you have completed your goals? You can do this by setting an amount of time (one hour daily, for example), pages to read, laps to run, etc. All of my goals have a measureable aspect to them so I can easily figure out if I actually did them.

Challenge: Review or write some goals and decide how you can make each one easily measureable.
