Tracking Your Goals

It's important when you're setting goals to track them. There are a variety of ways to keep track of goals, some of them listed in this article at About.com. Here's a summary of the tracking methods:

  • Making habit charts and bookmarks. (Making a habit takes 21 consecutive days. About.com has some great charts and bookmarks, here.)
  • Tracking on a calendar (storebought or homemade).
  • Journal entries.
  • Report to a friend/relative who is a willing listener and supportive friend.
  • Planner/agenda.

Decide on the method or methods that work well for you. No matter what method you use, make sure to record or report your goals daily.
